Frequently Asked Questions

Accessing the eLearning modules

No. You can complete any of the available modules in the order that best suits your learning needs. Each module can be an independent educational activity and does not require specific preceding knowledge to complete.

Yes. You can complete the modules whenever it suits you, and you can pause a module and resume from where you left off at a later time. You can close the module window at any time and, the next time you launch the module, you will be given the option to resume from your previous position. Select “Resume” to do so.

It is recommended that a module is completed within 5 days of starting, in order to best support your learning.

In order for a module to be marked as complete, you must have:

  • Completed all pages within the module.
  • Reached the final “Congratulations, you have completed the module” screen.

It is recommended that you leave the main GoCART Passport portal page open in your browser while completing a module.

Yes, your progress was still saved. Currently, the progress bar under an individual module only shows either 0% if started or 100% if it is complete. To resume your module from where you left off, simply reopen the module from the GoCART passport portal and press “Resume” when prompted. Once you have opened the module, you can also select the module menu (three horizontal lines) to view which pages you have completed so far.

Registered users will receive an email notification if and when new modules are released in the future.

CME and accreditation

Yes. A certificate of completion will be available to download once you have successfully completed each module and its associated assessment, where applicable.

CME accreditation for the GoCART Passport is currently pending. You will be notified once accreditation is approved.

Getting started

The GoCART Passport is designed for healthcare professionals who are either already involved in delivering CAR-T and other cellular therapies to patients, or who expect to be involved in the future.

The GoCART Passport course and certification currently available is primarily intended for physicians. However, other healthcare professionals may also benefit from the educational modules. Additional GoCART Passport certifications tailored to other healthcare professional groups will be introduced in the future.

Click the “Sign Up” button on the homepage and complete the registration form. Once registered, you’ll receive an email with a link to activate your account. Once you have done so, you may log in.

Please check your junk or spam folder first. If you still haven’t received the email, or if the activation link doesn’t work, please contact the support team support@gocartpassport.com and we’ll be happy to help activate your account.

Yes. You can access the GoCART Passport platform on a mobile device or tablet by logging into your account on your preferred mobile web browser.

You can also access through the TalentLMS app on iOS or Android. The app allows you to download modules so that you can complete them offline and will synchronise your progress to the portal when you are connected to the internet. To access the GoCART Passport through the app for the first time:

  1. Download TalentLMS from the iOS or Android app store
  2. Open the app
  3. Enter “lms.gocartpassport.com” as the domain and press “NEXT”
  4. Enter your username and password and press “SIGN IN”

For the best learning experience, we recommend using a tablet, laptop or desktop computer rather than a mobile phone. The modules include interactive activities and a significant amount of content, which are best viewed on a larger screen.

The GoCART Passport platform is compatible with all major web browsers, including Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox and Safari. For the best experience, we recommend using the latest version of your preferred browser.

Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the instructions to reset your password. If you do not receive the reset email, please check your junk or spam folder before contacting the support team support@gocartpassport.com.
